Helpdesk is a client-server application used for answering request of the users. These requests are simplified questions that are being published by the enduser to a server, where some qualified person can pick up this request and answer right away. Today's man needs is under a lot of pressure from his peers, he is forced to know so many things about every thing. This project will make it easier for him to be "in".
There are many typical situations where helpdesk can be used. It's just about the idea: Enduser doesn't know some information which is fundamental for his work/life (at least he thinks) and he needs to know it now ! When you think about that, i believe you also are in this kind of situation rather often. At least I am.
Helpdesk can be adapted onto variety of different projects.
